The Task Force created hereby shall meet as often as necessary, but not less than once a month.
A majority of the members of the Task Force shall constitute a quorum.
The residents of Playita Sector of Santurce Ward shall have the right to request a meeting with the Task Force, upon the petition of twenty-five (25) persons residing in the area.
