(a) The Task Force created by § 7704 of this title shall render an initial report to both Legislative Houses on the inclusion of the El Checo Sector in its works.
(b) The El Checo Sector and all its residents are hereby considered to be a part of the purpose sought by this chapter for all pertinent legal purposes.
