§ 7705. Reports

The Task Force shall also have the duty to render an initial report to both Houses upon commencing its endeavors where it shall describe the nature of the development plan designed, along with due indications as to the problems it intends to solve in the sector thereby, as well as any suggestion for legislative reform it deems should be made at that time.

The agencies and entities constituting the Task Force shall ensure that the development plan, once it is conceived and designed for the sector, shall begin to be implemented in the area immediately. Within six (6) months following the implementation of the Plan in said sector, the Task Force shall render a final report to both Houses, in which it shall list the conditions which prevail in the area after the implementation of the Plan, and the progress achieved.

Likewise, the Task Force shall present, along with its final report, any recommendation or request for legislative aid that it deems meritorious. Once the final report has been rendered, the Task Force shall continue to look after the physical, social and economic integrity of Playita Sector permanently, so that the achievements of the Task Force in the area shall remain. The sum of seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) is hereby granted, as a legislative appropriation, for the Task Force to subsidize its work.
