Section 252:606-6-66 - Q* ratio for the implementation of human health criteria for toxic substances to protect the Fish Consumption beneficial use

The following Q* is used:

(1)Industrial effluent. Q* is the ratio of Q_e(LTA) to Q_u(LTA).

(2)Municipal effluent. Q* is the ratio of Q_e(D) to Q_u(LTA).
