Section 252:606-6-65 - Effluent regulatory flows for the implementation of human health criteria for toxic substances to protect the Fish Consumption beneficial use

Use the following effluent regulatory flows:

(1)Industrial. For industrial facilities, Q ₍₃₀₎ is used as the effluent regulatory flow.

(2)Municipal. Q_e(D) is used as the regulatory effluent flow.
