Section 75-02-01.2-59 - Computing payments if individuals leave the household1. If an individual who was a household member leaves the household during a benefit month, the individual is included in the household during that month.2. The county agency shall determine eligibility for the remaining members of the household, in the month following the month in which the former household member left, through retrospective budgeting.N.D.
