Section 3854 - Application Requirements(a) The applicant shall submit to the County an application package that includes: (1) A completed loan assumption application as described in Section 3854.1.(2) Written certification signed by the applicant's employer stating that the applicant is employed, or has made a commitment to commence employment in a Public Mental Health System position.(3) A signed proposed loan assumption agreement, as described in 3854.2.Cal.
