Section 3853 - Requirements for Participation(a) The applicant becomes a participant in the Mental Health Loan Assumption Program when the loan assumption application as described in 3854.1 has been approved and signed.(b) A participant in the Mental Health Loan Assumption Program shall continue to make payments to the educational lending institution holding his/her loan, as required by the terms of the loan.Cal.
