Section 3852 - Selection Process(a) The County shall receive and review application packages for the Mental Health Loan Assumption Program.(b) A process for selection and criteria for participation in the Mental Health Loan Assumption Program shall be developed.(c) Each approved application shall include written certification by the County Mental Health Director or his/her authorized designee stating that the applicant is employed in a Public Mental Health System position that is hard-to-fill or in which it is hard to retain staff.Cal.
