Section 3818.103 - Use of Conduits(a) The district may:(1) finance, acquire, construct, improve, operate, maintain, or charge a fee for the use of its own conduits for fiber-optic cable, electronic transmission lines, or other types of transmission lines and supporting facilities; or(2) finance, acquire, construct, improve, operate, or maintain conference centers and supporting facilities.(b) This section does not authorize the district to require a person to use a conduit authorized by this section.Tex.
