Section 3818.102 - Agreements; Grants(a) The district may make a contract, lease, or other agreement with, or accept a grant or loan from, any person to carry out a purpose of this chapter on the terms and conditions and for the period of time determined by the board.(b) A person may contract with the district to carry out the purposes of this chapter.Tex.
