Section 625.504 - ReciprocityThe board may grant licenses without further examination to individuals from other states and provinces of Canada if all of the following conditions are met:
(1) The standards for licensing in such states or provinces are substantially the same as those provided in this act.(2) Similar privileges are accorded persons licensed in this Commonwealth.(3) The applicants hold valid licenses.(4) The applicable rules and regulations prescribed by the board are complied with.1986, Dec. 16, P.L. 1646, No. 188, § 504, imd. effective.
