Section 625.503 - Failure of examination(a) Second examination.--Any applicant who shall fail any examination shall, after the expiration of six months and within two years, have the privilege of taking a second examination.(b) Subsequent examinations.--The board may adopt regulations governing the eligibility of applicants who have failed to pass two examinations to be admitted to subsequent examinations.1986, Dec. 16, P.L. 1646, No. 188, § 503, imd. effective.
