Section 310.41 - Unlicensed activity(a) Prohibition.--No person shall act as or perform the duties of an insurance producer in this Commonwealth without being licensed in accordance with this act. An insurer shall be responsible for a violation of this section by its employees; however, other than against directors and officers, the department may not seek to impose penalties against the individual employees in addition to the insurer for the same activity.(b) Penalty.--A person that violates this section commits a felony of the third degree.1921, May 17, P.L. 789, art.
