Section 475C.197 - [Operative Until 1/1/2025] Authority to investigate, discipline permit holder(1) Notwithstanding the lapse, suspension or revocation of a permit issued under ORS 475C. 273, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may: (a) Proceed with any investigation of, or any action or disciplinary proceeding against, the person who held the permit; or(b) Revise or render void an order suspending or revoking the permit.(2) In cases involving the proposed denial of a permit issued under ORS 475C. 273, the applicant for the permit may not withdraw the applicant's application.This section is set out more than once due to postponed, multiple, or conflicting amendments.
