Section 475C.197 - [Operative 1/1/2025] Authority to investigate, discipline permit holder(1) Notwithstanding the lapse, suspension or revocation of a permit or temporary permit issued under ORS 475C. 273, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may:(a) Proceed with any investigation of, or any action or disciplinary proceeding against, the person who held the permit or temporary permit; (b) Revise or render void an order suspending or revoking the permit or temporary permit; or(c) Revoke or suspend a permit for actions that occurred while the permittee held a temporary permit.(2) In cases involving the proposed denial of a permit or temporary permit issued under ORS 475C. 273, the applicant for the permit or temporary permit may not withdraw the applicant's application.Amended by 2024 Ch. 16,§ 30, eff. 3/20/2024, op. 1/1/2025.This section is set out more than once due to postponed, multiple, or conflicting amendments.
