Section 52:27D-437.14 - Report to LegislatureOn or before the last day of the 24th month ending after the effective date of P.L. 2003, c. 311(C.52:27D-437.1 et al.), and each two years thereafter, the Commissioner of Community Affairs shall issue a report to the Legislature on the effectiveness of the provisions of P.L. 2003, c. 311(C.52:27D-437.1 et al.), which report shall include:
a. Details on the number and amounts of loans and grants provided and the households served;b. Information obtained and entered on the housing registry created pursuant to P.L. 2003, c. 311(C.52:27D-437.1 et al.); andc. The costs incurred and the revenues derived by the department in administering P.L. 2003, c. 311(C.52:27D-437.1 et al.), including information regarding any fees which may be authorized to be charged or increased pursuant to P.L. 2003, c. 311(C.52:27D-437.1 et al.).Added by L. 2003, c. 311, s. 21, eff. 4/19/2004.
