The payment limitations set forth in the "Relocation Assistance Act," P.L. 1971, c.362 (C.20:4-1 et seq.) shall not apply to payments made from the "Catastrophic Illness in Children Relief Fund," established pursuant to section 3 of P.L. 1987, c. 370 (C.26:2-150) for the purposes of relocating a lead-poisoned child pursuant to P.L. 2003, c. 311(C.52:27D-437.1 et al.).
