§ 311i. Examination of accounts and books by Comptroller; report

The Comptroller of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall, whenever he may deem it necessary, but at least once each year, examine all accounts and books of the Administration, and shall report thereon to the Legislative Assembly, the Governor, and any other public officer, as he may see fit. No provision of this chapter shall be construed as a limitation to the powers of the Comptroller of Puerto Rico.
