An interior designer/decorator license shall be issued immediately to all persons holding an interior designer/decorator license in Puerto Rico as of the date of effectiveness of this act.
No person shall practice or offer to practice as interior designer/decorator in Puerto Rico after one year counting from the effective date of this act, unless he/she holds a license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
