§ 973d. Absentee or early voting

Voters who are, pursuant to §§ 4001 et seq. of this title (hereinafter, the “Election Code”), entitled to absentee or early vote may exercise said right in accordance with the procedures adopted by the State Election Commission for the 2012 General Election.
