The local Elections Commission shall arrange for the installation of a ballot box at each polling place, which shall have enough capacity to hold the presidential ballots of the polling place. The ballot box shall be clearly identified with the phrase “Presidential Ballot”, and a numbered seal shall be provided for each ballot box.
