§ 961s. Voting at the polling place

The provisions of the Electoral Law and the regulatory standards adopted for the implementation thereof shall apply in all matters not incompatible with the provisions of this chapter, to the voting processes at the polling places and to the incidences occurring during the course thereof. Should a voter refuse to accept the presidential ballot, the polling inspectors shall make it null and void by striking a line across the spaces provided for the mark of the voter, write the initials “NR” and sign the same on its front. At the closing of the polling places, the polling inspectors shall note in the incidence report the total number of ballots rendered null and void for this reason.
