The Judicial Conference shall be composed of the following members:
(1) The Justices and former Justices of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.
(2) The Judges of the Court of First Instance.
(3) The Municipal Judges.
(4) The Secretary of Justice and the Solicitor General.
(5) The members of the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Bar Association.
(6) The chairs of the district delegations of the Bar Association.
(7) The deans of duly accredited law schools established in Puerto Rico.
(8) Other members of the Bar Association that may be appointed by the Supreme Court, who shall be distinguished representatives of the different sectors of the legal community, such as: prosecuting attorneys, solicitors, registrars of property, lawyers of Puerto Rico Legal Services, Inc., and of the Legal Aid Society, and, in general, attorneys engaged in the private practice of law.
(9) Citizens other than lawyers, who may contribute their knowledge and professional experience to the achievement of the goals of the Judicial Conference from an interdisciplinary standpoint.
