Section 23-0.5-9-18 - Articles of revocation of dissolution; domestic nonprofit corporation

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing articles of revocation of dissolution of a domestic nonprofit corporation:

(1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.

(2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
