Section 23-0.5-9-17 - Articles of dissolution; domestic nonprofit corporation

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing articles of dissolution of a domestic nonprofit corporation:

(1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.

(2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
