Section 20-19-3-28 - Report regarding completion of graduation requirements before spring count
Not later than September 1 of each year, the department shall do the following:
(1) Compile and prepare a report regarding the information reported by school corporations and charter schools to the department under IC 20-26-5-42.1.(2) Submit the report to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
