Section 20-19-3-27.5 - Public data base concerning employees physically injured on the job by students

The department shall establish and maintain on the department's website a public data base of information provided by each public school in accordance with IC 20-26-5-42 concerning employees of each public school who were physically injured while on the job by students of the public school.
