Section 16-52-1-3 - "Health care facility" As used in this article, "health care facility" includes the following:
(1) A housing with services establishment (as defined in IC 12-10-15-3).(2) A private mental health institution licensed under IC 12-25.(3) An ambulatory outpatient surgical center licensed under IC 16-21-2.(4) A hospital licensed under IC 16-21-2.(5) A hospice program licensed under IC 16-25-3.(6) A home health agency licensed under IC 16-27-1.(7) A health facility licensed under IC 16-28-2 or IC 16-28-3.(8) A child caring institution or group home licensed under IC 31-27.Added by P.L. 149-2023,SEC. 18, eff. 7/1/2023.
