Section 41.06.190 - Cooperative agreements and contracts(a) The commission may enter into agreements with other governments, government entities, and state agencies for the purpose of carrying out the objectives of AS 41.06.105 - 41.06.210.(b) The commission may enter into contracts with private persons to assist in carrying out the objectives of AS 41.06.105 - 41.06.210.
