Rule 22-614 - Admissibility of evidenceIn proceedings held pursuant to these rules:
A.Exclusion of evidence. Strict adherence to the Rules of Evidence is not required; however, irrelevant, immaterial, unduly repetitious and unduly prejudicial evidence shall be excluded;B.Judicial notice. Official notice may be taken of all facts of which judicial notice may be taken, pursuant to the Rules of Evidence;C.Rulings. Rulings on evidence shall be made by the presiding officer;D.Exclusion of witnesses. The board or hearing officer may exclude witnesses from the hearing at the request of either party.N.M. R. Rcdg.
