Section NR 233.15 - New source performance standards (NSPS)(1) Any new source subject to this subchapter which discharges process wastewater pollutants shall achieve the NSPS specified in s. NR 233.10(4), and subject to s. NR 233.10(1) shall meet the following standards for BOD5, TSS, COD and pH: New Source Performance Standards |
