Section NR 233.14 - Effluent limitations guidelines representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best available control technology economically achievable (BAT)

Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 to 125.32, any existing point source subject to this subchapter shall achieve effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of BAT as specified in s. NR 233.10(4). For the priority pollutants, sources shall achieve discharges not exceeding the quantity or mass determined by multiplying the process wastewater flow times the appropriate concentrations listed in Table 4 or Table 5.
