Section ATCP 102.14 - Prohibited acts of brokers(1) No broker, or any officer or agent thereof, shall participate, directly or indirectly, in any trade practice prohibited by s. ATCP 102.12.(2) No wholesaler shall engage or offer to engage in any trade practice prohibited by s. ATCP 102.12, directly or indirectly, through a broker.Wis. Admin.
