Section ATCP 102.13 - Prohibited acts of retailers

No retailer or any officer, director, employee or agent thereof shall solicit or receive, directly or indirectly, from or through a wholesaler, broker, or another retailer, anything which is prohibited by s. ATCP 102.12, where it is known, or in the exercise of reasonable prudence should be known that it is prohibited.
