A training program may seek accreditation to offer refresher training courses in any of the following disciplines: Inspector, risk assessor, supervisor, project designer, abatement worker, renovator, and dust sampling technician. A training program may apply for accreditation of a refresher training course concurrently with its application for accreditation of an initial training course. All applications for accreditation of a refresher training course must follow the application process as described in WAC 365-230-035. To obtain department accreditation to offer refresher training, a training program must meet the requirements for accreditation of a training program as described in WAC 365-230-040, except for the minimum training-hour requirements in WAC 365-230-040(6)(a) through (g). In addition, applicants for accreditation of a refresher training course must meet the following minimum requirements:
