Section R277-914-3 - Student Organization Advisory Boards(1) Each student organization designated by the Superintendent shall establish a statewide organization advisory board of not less than five members, one of which must be the Superintendent or designee.(2) Each CTSO shall develop and follow organization by-laws, which shall be available on the CTSO's website.(3) Each CTSO advisory board shall have advisory fiscal oversight for the organization.(4) Each CTSO advisory board shall conduct an annual performance evaluation of the work performed by the respective CTSO advisor.(5) Each CTSO shall comply with the policies and procedures established by the Superintendent.Utah Admin.
