Section 45.7 - Time Limitation for Processing Product Registration Application(a) Not later than the 30th day after the date the commission receives an application for registration of a product under this section, the commission shall either approve or deny the registration application. (b) For purposes of this chapter, an application is received only when all required information has been received by the commission. An incomplete application is not considered received.16 Tex.
