Section 1660-01-35-.05 - PARKS, PLAYGROUNDS, AND OUTDOOR RECREATION(1) Use of Parks, Playgrounds, and Outdoor Recreation(a) The parks and playgrounds are available for use from sunrise to sunset.(b) Visitors will be held responsible for damage to TWRA property.(c) TWRA staff reserves the right to control, restrict, or limit the use of these amenities for group activities. Groups over twelve (12) people must have written permission from the TWRA Lake Manager to use these areas prior to the day of use.(d) With the exception of service animals accompanying persons with disabilities, no animals are allowed in the parks, playgrounds, or in the Lake Headquarters area.Tenn.
