Section 1660-01-35-.04 - BEACHES AND SWIMMING(1) Beaches and Swimming at Lake Halford(a) No lifeguard is on duty, swim at your own risk.(b) Persons using the beaches shall obey the direction of TWRA personnel and posted rules.(c) Swimming from the beaches is permitted only between sunrise and sunset.(d) All swimmers shall observe all rules for the safety and enjoyment of all visitors.(e) With the exception of service animals accompanying persons with disabilities, no animals are permitted on beaches.(f) Glass and glass containers are not allowed on beaches.Tenn.
