Section 1200-15-02-.04 - ISSUANCE OF VOUCHERS(1) Vouchers shall only be issued to a participant, a parent/caretaker, or an authorized proxy designated by the participant or parent/caretaker in writing in accordance with policy as described in the WIC Manual.(2) Vouchers shall be issued for specific food packages based on the nutritional needs of participants in accordance with policies as described in the WIC Manual.Tenn.
