Section 1200-15-02-.03 - ELIGIBILITY(1) In order to participate in the Program, an applicant must:(a) be a resident of the state of Tennessee, and(b) have income per family size not exceeding 185% of the USDA poverty income guidelines most recently published in the Federal Register or have adjunctive eligibility, and(c) be found to be at nutritional risk.(d) When resources are limited, participants will be served within priority groups as defined in 7 CFR Part 246 and published in the WIC Manual.Tenn.
