Section 5:02:08:06 - Form of declaration for new political party

The declaration for new political party shall be in the following form:

DECLARATION FOR NEW POLITICAL PARTY

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED qualified voters of the state of South Dakota, declare the organization of the _____________________ Party which subscribes to the following statement of principles:
