Section 61-107.3.I.E - Violations

Each day of noncompliance with an order issued pursuant to this section or noncompliance with a permit, regulation, standard, order, or requirement established under Section 44-96-170 of the South Carolina Solid Waste Policy and Management Act constitutes a separate violation.
