Section 252:606-6-80 - Effluent regulatory flows for the implementation of mineral constituent criteria to protect the Agriculture beneficial use

For regulatory flows use the following:

(1)Industrial. For industries:

(A)YMS criterion. Q_e(LTA) is used as the regulatory effluent flow.

(B)SS criterion. Q_e(30) is used as the regulatory effluent flow.

(2)Municipal. Q_e(D) is used as the regulatory effluent flow.
