Section 252:606-6-73 - Q* ratio for the implementation of human health and raw water criteria for toxic substances to protect the Public and Private Water Supply beneficial use

Use the following to determine Q* ratio:

(1)Industrial effluent. For industrial effluent:

(A)Fish flesh and water criterion. Q* is the ratio of Q_e(LTA) to Q_u(LTA).

(B)Raw water criterion. Q* is the ratio of Q_e(30) to Q_u(LTA).

(2)Municipal effluent. Q* is the ratio of Q_e(D) to Q_u(LTA).
