LTAA and LTAC are calculated using a 99% probability basis according to Equations L-8 and L-9, respectively. A CV of 0.6 is assumed unless a CV is determined from effluent data in accordance with 252:606-6-7. LTATOX is the more limiting of these two LTAs.
