Section 252:606-6-53 - Q* ratio for the implementation of numerical criteria for toxic substances to protect the Fish and Wildlife Propagation beneficial use

Use the following to determine Q* ratio:

(1) The following are used to determine Q* ratios in streams:

(A)Industrial effluent. Q* is the ratio of Q_e(30) to Q_u(7Q2).

(B)Municipal effluent. Q* is the ratio of Q_e(D) to Q_u(7Q2).

(2) Q* is not applicable to lakes.
