Section 4101:9-1-05 - Investigations and additional information(A) To determine whether the facts justify issuance of a license the director or her authorized representative may conduct investigations with respect to applications for licenses, and reports of such investigations shall be filed with the department of commerce. (B) The department may require additional information and may require the worker to take a medical or psychological examination when deemed necessary to determine whether issuance of a license is justified.
