Section 285.5 - Subpoenas

(a) Subpoenas shall specify the names of the witnesses and the documents called for with such particularity as will enable identification for purposes of production.

(b) Subpoenas issued by a board of inquiry shall be signed by the chairman thereof and shall bear the seal of the department.
